Very difficult to find a fault with the hotel as everything was just great. Very clean and comfortable room, lovely bed and linen.
Excellent staff especially at breakfast who work tirelessly.

The hotel was in a good position. It was well maintained, everywhere was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very helpful, they really went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. It’s the only hotel I have ever stayed in that the staff all seemed genuinely happy to work there. It was very quiet at night, not the usual banging doors. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, everything was well cook and of good quality. I stayed with 3 friends, if we ever go back to Brighton we will certainly stay there again.

Really lovely hotel which has been beautifully decorated. It is in a great location on the seafront and serves an excellent breakfast. The spa is good too and we appreciated the on-site car parking.

Lovely hotel lovely staff only one problem we only choose this hotel because it had a lovely indoor pool for my wife to use for her arthritis exercises and didn’t know we had to book a slot but we did only to be told at the start of her slot there was a problem so had to vacate the pool otherwise a lovely stay and whould recommend it

Unorganized, no locks available leisure facilities, after reception said there would be, had to take phone into spa, not a great result. Room facilities very basic for £250/ night hotel room.

Very helpful, welcoming staff. We were able to check in early. Catered for our needs when we asked for a fridge for the room. Lots options for eating within 10-15min walk. Only slight downside was the size of the bathroom which we felt was on the smaller side, but this is minor.

From start to finished we loved our stay! The man at the front desk was extremely welcoming, the welcome cookies were a beautiful touch and delicious! Our room was lovely, and had a beautiful view of the beach! And they made my birthday feel super special! We will definitely be returning!

Excellent breakfast! Single room not large but big enough.
A few bathroom problems needed fixing on my arrival - leaking sink and shower door not shutting, but very receptive front of house staff and fixed within 12 hours of reporting.
