Very clean room and well stocked with tea and milk.

Spotless rooms and corridors excellent customer service and a well located hotel.

Room was super clean, super spacious with a super view. We loved it, would stay here again next time we are in Brighton!

Perfect weekend stay

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff.

The reception lady was welcoming and helpful. We had a family room and it was such a good size with separate areas. The pool was great for our girls. Breakfast was really lovely. I would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff and room quality

The bed was very comfy, and the room nice and dark, which enabled a good nights sleep. The shower cubicle in the bathroom was far too small and it would’ve probably benefited from losing the bath and increasing the size of the shower. Decent breakfast, but considerable queues on the Sunday morning to be seated. However, the hotel in general was a bit tired, and especially the wellness area, which really needed an upgrade. On the second day of our stay, the whole gym and wellness area was closed due to an electric problem, but this was very annoying as I had specifically called in advance to check all the facilities were available throughout our planned stay - I was told they were!! Good seafront location.

We were very happy with the room, the facilities and the breakfast, and the staff were very attentive and courteous. Two aspects of our stay that were a little disappointing were that the sofa bed was not made up for our child, despite booking the room for three (it was very promptly made up once we had asked) and learning of the power outage the following day in the hotel at check-in where we learned that the swimming pool would be closed all day, when it would have been helpful to have been informed of this beforehand in order to ‘manage expectations’. The car park is extremely tight. Extreme care needs to be taken when manoeuvring!

Nice sized room, good breakfast

Room was good, not very helpful in getting any water, none in the room, had to get it ourselves.

There was hair on the shower tray Few sweets behind the door And very upset as I had said it was my husbands 40th birthday and I was told that either we would get room upgrade (but was happy with what room I selected so was told they can do a little some in the room for him) this didn’t happen either, if I had known this I would. have done something my self for him in the room. Very disappointed. Also the lady on the desk said she would call us yesterday and we still have t heard anything.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable but we had a sea view room and the window was draughty maming the room cold. Turning up the heating didn't warm the room. Food is excellent. Great location and highly recommend this hotel.

Toilet in the first room we were assigned hadn’t been cleaned very well, neither was the one in the upgraded room were given. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay - friendly staff and good breakfast

I loved my recent stay at the Double Tree by Hilton. The Hotel is beautifully decorated and my room was stylish, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
