NOTHING was too much trouble for the staff at this Hotel, the idea of Customer Comes First was instilled into every single person I came into contact with. The venue is a tribute to the Tourism Industry in Brighton I highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking to stay in Brighton

Room was good size and kept clean. Only downside of our stay was the evening bar menu which was limited and if you are staying for a few days could be more varied.For the price charged you would expect a fridge in your room and the safe to be more easily accessible rather than on the floor. Breakfast was excellent and good service.

All round it was very good but just a few little issues , the sink tap in the bathroom was bit loose, the towel for the hand rail in the bathroom we loose. Swimming pool was excellent.

Breakfast was very good, it should be for £18 ! But iguess is the going rate. We had a sea view balcony room, i felt there should be a fridge and a few more useful bits in the bathroom. No water or Internet unless you join the meropol club. Staff were very helpful and friendly, can't fault them.

Amazing range of breakfast items. The room was clean but the A/C temperature could not be adjusted and it was hot. The bathroom was clean but there’s was no storage at the sink and the shower stall was small. The location is perfect for a short break so I would stay there again and bring a portable fan.

Stay at this hotel and you will not be disappointed. Our room was upgraded which had a more than ample bathroom and a sea view . All staff smily and helpful and a shout out for Abdul in the bar and Amy at reception thank you.

This was our second visit to this hotel. Lovely hotel on the seafront, spacious rooms, plenty toiletries in bathroom. One of the best breakfasts I had in a hotel in long time, really good selection of items hot and cold. We didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment on them. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We had a great little stay here for my daughters 18th birthday. Free cookies on arrival, plus cans water for the room. The room was spotless on arrival. We used the facilities and enjoyed both the gym and the pool. We will be back! Highly recommend.
