Friendly staff, immaculate room and the rest of the hotel was just beautiful . On arrival the receptionist offered us complimentary warm cookies. Such a warm welcome and appreciated . Would most definitely recommend

Excellent staff go out of their way to deal with your requests. Rooms looking a little tired in places. Maybe should have warned us before arrival that a wedding was taking place and the impact it would have on common areas. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.

Room 214 where I stayed for two nights felt unfinished no prints on the walls, coffee tray with kettle not placed near a socket and I cut my heal on the carpet grippers coming out of the bathroom on the stairs. The room lacked a fridge as well as robes and slippers to wear to go down to the pool. Our breakfast was extremely good and the staff were friendly.

not a lot of vegan choices. Our grandchildren are dairy free good that there was oatly milk available. Everyone were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean . Would have been nice to have had a family room with separate beds for children
