the staff were all welcoming and friendly reception staff dealt with my queries.
The room was clean plenty of towels ect. The bed was comfĺy, I had a good nights sleep. The pool area was nice and clean

The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and helpful. I arranged this as a surprise trip for my Mum and her absolutely loved it. The staff were so kind making sure my Mum was ok and ensuring the room was suitable. I would definitely recommend Hilton Wembley.

We arrived at Wembley to find out original hotel had overbooked and had no reservations for us. Panicked scramble found a room at the Hilton - we arrived and checked in within 10 minutes of booking. The staff were incredibly polite and I genuinely felt noting was too much trouble. When I asked if an extra person (who had also been affected by the overbooking) could join us, they added an extra bed to the room whilst we were out. Housekeeping staff were very professional and polite, and asked us how we enjoyed our stay. The room itself was immaculate and spacious.

Price dropped from £1388 for 2 nights to £800 and they would not allow to amend . The room was very tired. Offered upgrade to a room looking at a wall. Offered evening meal but then was told I was not had to provide email to show I was not lying - awful service from Hilton

The hotel was decent with friendly staff. I paid extra for an upgrade to the corner suite, but it was disappointing — dirty window with a big awkward beam blocking the view, sofa not facing the TV, cheap desk in the middle of the room, and the beds weren’t amazing either. Plus the fire alarm went off twice at 7am. The VIP lounge had minimal options and no atmosphere, but the sky bar was amazing, clean, and had a great vibe.
