Don’t like shower curtains, skybar could do with a bit of a Reno it’s a bit dated. Other than that, solid.

Close to Amenities and Railway.

Not the cheapest but having tried other hotels when seeing events at Wembley the location and quality beats everyone else.

Warm welcome at check-in and all staff we interacted with were very helpful.

There was no fridge in our room. I was billed for moving our minibar items to use the fridge for our consumables. It is computerised so logs anything removed as a sale. The bill for this was put under our door the next morning. We were due to checkout that day so it could have been discussed then. A rather rude awakening and interruption having to go and query the bill with reception. The price of the minibar items is extortionate. Who is paying £6 for a small tub of pringles? The pool and jacuzzi are good but changing rooms could do with updating. The shower fittings are scratched and worn and the water pressure is not great. The shower I used was dirty and had lumps of hair on the floor. Our room had a dirty carpet around bin where t-bags had been dropped. The shower had poor pressure and again fixtures and fittings in room could do with updating. One lamp was broken and would not switch off so we had to unscrew the bulb. The lampshade was dusty and the shelves on the bedside tables were also dusty. The staff are really helpful, personable and friendly. Hilton is not a luxury hotel anymore in fact our room was just like a Premier Inn or a Travelodge. The cost of the room is excessive as you are paying for the location. Wembley Stadium is a few minutes away. The bed was comfortable and the bedding is quality.

Smartest thing I did was book this hotel. I visited to see Harry Styles and this location was perfection. Just walk out the front door and Wembley is right there! 2 min walk. So glad I did not have to navigate the train with 70,000 people. After the concert, the security staff was monitoring those coming in to be sure they were guests. Very organized. Room was awesome, location awesome, food awesome, rooftop bar awesome. I'll also add that the breakfast buffet was exceptional. First morning I did room service. Second morning I went down to the buffet. Everything was mouthwatering... custom omlette, potatoes, bacon, fruit, coffee. I told the manager on my way out and she shared they are ranked for best breakfast. 🏆

A very nice hotel with very helpful staff. Checking in and out was very easy and breakfast was good. The room was great, I got an executive room, possibly an upgrade? Location cannot be better. I would highly recommend and Ava at reception was very efficient
