Bimal on reception was very welcoming and friendly. Very comfortable stay - large clean rooms and fantastic breakfast.

The room was substandard- no second curtain behind the night curtain and this, combined with a lack of a main light meant getting dressed in the dark, lack of plugs, damaged bathroom top. No gowns or sleepers to visit the spa, where the pool was freezing, steam room and sauna was tiny and had to wait for showers… the ‘spa’ is built for 3 people. Also, no menus in the room and when attempting to order a bottle of wine, was told 45mins!!! I could have walked to Sainsbury’s and returned quicker. Only reasons I didn’t give a lower score was location is amazing, sky bar is brilliant and bed was comfy.

Yes, our room was very nice and clean. Staff was gracious and helpful. We used the gym daily and found it to be small, but the equipment we used was always available.

While the location was my primary reason for booking this hotel, the staff would be my reason to return. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay after the Hot Wheels show. We arrived early, left our bags, went out for lunch, came back for a swim, had a drink (hot chocolate) in the bar on the 9th floor, before heading (literally across the road) to wembley arena for the show. When we got to our room, the staff had put balloons in there as I'd said it was a birthday treat for my daughter, it was such a lovely surprise, she was over the moon. The breakfast was also varied and well presented. Huge thank you to all the staff we encountered for making us feel super welcome.

First, let me say that the hotel is in an incredible location. If you plan to go to a game at Wembley, which is what I was doing. So regardless of the issues I had I was very happy. I stayed there for the convenience. The room is fine, a bit dated, but clean. I did have problems like when I checked, and I gave them the credit card for incidentals and when I ordered my first room service, they came and said you don’t have a card on hold, so it became a big issue I had to deal with at a time I didn’t want to. But the biggest issue and it was incredibly stressful was that my wife and I were sleeping and the fire alarm went off and we were being told to immediately evacuate the building and not use the lifts. We were on the seventh floor, woken out of a sound sleep, and this was scary as hell with them telling us a fire is reported. So as we both frantically get dressed and try to grab a few things run out, somebody comes on over the loudspeaker saying OK that’s the end of our test. We had no idea with the test because we were sleeping. I’m guessing they made some kind of an announcement. We didn’t hear. Think about all the terrible situations that could arise. If you don’t speak English, if you are asleep, if you are in the shower. It was very upsetting and completely unnecessary. They should have given us each a specific note. This test was going to happen.

Great hotel in a great location a few yards from wembley stadium, wembley arena & wembley designer outlet. Hotel very modern on the outside (steel & glass, & very traditional on the inside. Room large & well equipped, as was the impressive bathroom. Large comfy bed & a lot of lighting options. Nice leisure complex with gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. Smart dining room with great buffet breakfast. 4 lifts.
