Room was great, very spacious and breakfast was delicious

Great staff who were able to enable us to check in early to one of our rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly upon arrival. Only slight negative was the information regarding parking as it said to get your ticket validated but the car park doesn’t issue tickets so slightly confusing but the staff took the comment on board when we shared it to they just need to update the information shared about parking.

Great hotel & location

A lot. The staff were very helpful throughout. My wife needed to store her medication in a fridge and a small one was provided without any difficulty. The breakfast service and quality/choice of offerings was impressive although there was a small queue on our second morning. We wanted to view from top floor before departure and this was arranged for us, even though everything was locked at that time of the day. Above and beyond ...

I bought my parents a night away for Christmas. Upon arrival they were offered an upgrade by a friendly staff member. They gratefully accepted! They were upgraded to an executive suite which overlooked Wembley. It made their stay super special, they were so chuffed and also said the breakfast was lovely - the picture they showed me made my mouth water! Thank you for making their trip special :)

sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, gute Anbindung an die Underground. Viele Restaurants direkt in der Nähe.
