Excellent location for access to OVO Arena Wembley. Only 1 min walk. Designer Outlet, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A lot of choices. Clean room. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast was good. Nice staff.

The air conditioner was effective! I really needed that feature. I was confused at first about how to use the thermostat. They offered to send someone to help me, but I figured it out.

Lovely room, really quite had a great nights sleep. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Will return again when we have another event to go to nearby.

From the friendly welcome to the lovely room. A great sleep followed by a lovely morning in the pool and sauna.

Room was spacious comfortable and clean bathroom spotless did have marks on the marble but an apology on a card for that,which was a nice touch,the bed was comfortable it was perfect for the venue a 5 minuite walk good breakfast excellent choice and quality food. A bit worried about the parking as I registered the vehicle with the hotel it cosr 15 pounds which was to me acceptable good value for money especially in London. Very good stay very happy customer

Room was spacious with seating for relaxation and a rack for the suitcase. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was unhurried with plenty of food and drink options.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, room was beautiful, pool & sauna were great. Would recommend!

Great location for Wembley. The only thing that wasn’t so good was that the bed was uncomfortable

Location, staff and breakfast were great, no complaints. However the view from the room was terrible (literally the worst I've ever had). Sure, they can't all be stadium or street view, but the entire view (room 555) was looking straight out onto the side of a metal building just 5ft away. No natural light and no view at all. I did query this, and was told that "all family rooms are the same". So with that in mind, I cannot stay at this hotel again. A shame as the hotel itself was great. Parking was located just before the hotel (Gold Parking) and although it states the car park is £35 for 24hrs, if you use the iPad screen in the hotel reception to register your car before leaving, it'll charge you just £15 for 24hrs.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this amazing hotel. It’s a perfect location if you’re seeing Starlight Express or anything at Wembley! The staff are super friendly, the rooms are large, immaculate with everything you could want and the breakfast is delicious with so much choice. Me and my daughter feel really looked after and safe here. The view from our 7th floor window was one of Wembley itself. Thank you to all the Hilton team for another enjoyable stay.
