Location is convenient, near to tube and bus stations yet safe neighborhood, walkable to many tourist spots. Room is clean, spacious for 1-2 pax, consistent daily make up room & two bottles of water, thank you housekeeper. And all front staff (receptions and door man) are nice, thank you everyone.

Our room was perfect for a cozy week stay in London. Service was great and the staff was very knowledgeable about local activities. Special shout out to PRINCE and Sandeep for singing to my new Fiancé in celebration of our engagement! We will definitely be staying here and dining again on our next trip to London! Air con worked fine, no issues. Not many shops nearby but plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. Really close to Aldgate tube stop.

1 night stay here and it was good. Transports links with bus station opposite and underground next door made getting about easy. 1 down side for me, the bed. It was clearly 2 singles put together (which is a standard hotel feature), but the gap in the middle of this bed was noticeable and during the night I felt like I was falling into the middle. Rest of room, bathroom, safe, AC, TV etc all fine

i love the location and my room. The bar area was amazing and drinks were great, pricey, but great. This hotel is steps away from the tubes, so you can easily travel. A lot of the shops and food around that is in walking distant. The only think about the stay was my shower drain was stopped up, and it took them a while to fix it.

It’s a great hotel but there’s a horrid smell of sewage outside to the right of hotel and that could be smelt in our bathroom, especially in the night / early morning. No milk, no shower gel supplied, yes I should have gone down to reception but couldn’t be arsed! Also if booking through hotel.com - requests don’t go through eg, we asked for a quiet room away from lifts, then was given a room opposite the lift door! They did sort it, but shouldn’t have happened really. Positives - great location? Great Sky Bar

We stayed at the Hotel Saint for the second time. It is a beautiful hotel ideally located next to Aldgate tube station. We were allowed an earlier check in at noon and offered an upgrade to a suite on the 13th floor. We had amazing views of the London skyline. We had cocktails at Jin Bo Law an independent bar on the 13th floor with photo worthy views. We didn’t eat in The Cardinal restaurant this time but have eaten in there twice and it is excellent food. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in London for its high quality decor, excellent facilities and proximity to the river Thames.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times (at least 6 times) over the last 3 years, every time I’m in London. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed over the last year the decline in quality. The location is great, next to Aldgate station and just minutes away from Liverpool station. It’s also a short walk down to the river or over to Spitalfields Market. In the rooms, the bed is extremely comfortable and there’s a lot of room for all of your things. They also have some nice amenities for your convenience and a small fridge, perfect for keeping drinks cold. During this last stay, 2 of the 3 elevators were down for a portion of my stay. Also, my shower was lacking water pressure (I think the unit needs to be properly cleaned due to calcium build-up) and it didn’t heat properly. Also, I noticed on my last two stays that there’s an odd smell that resonates from the shower drain that’s quote off-putting. The choices and quality of room service has also gone down. During a stay in October, they completely forgot about my order and it took several calls down to the front desk and the restaurant to get resolved, which was really disappointing. I really want to love this hotel like I used to, but I may have to look into staying elsewhere in the future.

Having 2 out of 3 lifts out of order was not good on a busy Saturday night, had quite a wait to get to 8th floor with groups coming in to the roof top bar. Had requested a twin room for myself and my sister but was given a double room. The receptionist said we had a x2 upgrade worth £90 with a massive king size bed and great view. In fact, it was a standard double and the view was a busy main road. It would be helpful for rooms with 2 people to have more milk sachets available, we asked reception and were told housekeeping did not start until 8am, The breakfast was excellent.
