Water pressure is not good. Location is good.

房間有足夠空間擺放行李，只是衣櫃空間太少，只能掛兩件大衣。交通非常方便，幾步可到Aldgate Station，幾分鐘行到Aldgate East Station，酒店有廿四小時酒巴可供飲食

Rooms were not tidy and not ready when we checked in. Spoons were dirty with chocolate on them. When the keycard did not work, the front desk validated the keycard without checking my passport and for a wrong room. Front desk manager Mr Frank stared at me and asked me to keep my voice down. Staff stopped me when I lodged a complaint.

Schönes Hotel, nettes Personal. U-Bahn und Busstation gleich nebenan. Leckeres Frühstück. Gerne wieder...

Sauberes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, Personal nett, viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Ubahn und Bus gleich vor der Tür. Leider war es so das wir zwei Einzelbetten gebucht haben und die haben für uns ein Zimmer gehabt mit einem Bett. Wir mussten dann fast eine Stunde warten (wir waren sehr müde und es war schon 23 Uhr) und erst dann haben sie uns ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt mit zweit Einzelbetten. Ich denke aber die Betten wurden einfach nur auseinander geschoben.

Nice and clean hotel next to underground station. However, the hotel does not answer to e-mails. I have attempted several times and only get an automated answer that they will get back shortly.

Great sized room for London

Horrible hotel

We stayed at the Hotel Saint for the second time. It is a beautiful hotel ideally located next to Aldgate tube station. We were allowed an earlier check in at noon and offered an upgrade to a suite on the 13th floor. We had amazing views of the London skyline. We had cocktails at Jin Bo Law an independent bar on the 13th floor with photo worthy views. We didn’t eat in The Cardinal restaurant this time but have eaten in there twice and it is excellent food. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in London for its high quality decor, excellent facilities and proximity to the river Thames.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times (at least 6 times) over the last 3 years, every time I’m in London. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed over the last year the decline in quality. The location is great, next to Aldgate station and just minutes away from Liverpool station. It’s also a short walk down to the river or over to Spitalfields Market. In the rooms, the bed is extremely comfortable and there’s a lot of room for all of your things. They also have some nice amenities for your convenience and a small fridge, perfect for keeping drinks cold. During this last stay, 2 of the 3 elevators were down for a portion of my stay. Also, my shower was lacking water pressure (I think the unit needs to be properly cleaned due to calcium build-up) and it didn’t heat properly. Also, I noticed on my last two stays that there’s an odd smell that resonates from the shower drain that’s quote off-putting. The choices and quality of room service has also gone down. During a stay in October, they completely forgot about my order and it took several calls down to the front desk and the restaurant to get resolved, which was really disappointing. I really want to love this hotel like I used to, but I may have to look into staying elsewhere in the future.

Hotel moderne, bon prix, chambre petite mais confortable. Rien ne le dit mais pourtant Le ménage n'est fait qu'à la demande et que si on le demande avant midi. C'est assez surprenant pour un hotel de ce standing, où par ailleurs on doit insérer sa clé pour avoir l'électricité et signifier sa présence en chambre.Lorsqu'on s'en étonne et qu'on demande un nettoyage, on se le voit refuser avec l'argument fallacieux de l'écologie (je ne demande pas qu'on me change les draps chaque jour mais que les poubelles soient vidées et le lit soit fait). J'ai eu froid dans la chambre (AC qui tourne en mars, sans chauffage possible). Bien que situé à l'entrée de la City, soyez vigilants: on m'a arraché mon téléphone devant l'hôtel. Bien sur l'hôtel n'est pas en cause mais je préviens quand meme. J'envisage d'y retourner mais avec prudence et notifierai les services de chambre le matin

Having 2 out of 3 lifts out of order was not good on a busy Saturday night, had quite a wait to get to 8th floor with groups coming in to the roof top bar. Had requested a twin room for myself and my sister but was given a double room. The receptionist said we had a x2 upgrade worth £90 with a massive king size bed and great view. In fact, it was a standard double and the view was a busy main road. It would be helpful for rooms with 2 people to have more milk sachets available, we asked reception and were told housekeeping did not start until 8am, The breakfast was excellent.

On arrival we were told we had to make a deposit but the front desk was unsure why this had to happen. We have never had to do that in a hotel before and the room had already been paid for in advance. In need of upgrading and a lot of TLC. Scratches on the woodwork, a part of the shower fell off whilst I was showering. We didn’t use the additional facilities however, when I went to look at the bar upstairs, there was so much cleaning equipment and cardboard in the doorway I thought I had come to the cleaning cupboard! As I popped my head through the door the bar was quiet and unkempt. It definitely needs redecorating. The room came equipped with bottled water, tea and coffee and milk. As we were in London for special events, we requested the room be tidied and refreshed with water, tea (after a hectic day) and fresh towels. This happened the first night however, on the second night, this wasn’t done and yet the bed was made. At one point on the second night, a cleaner tried to get into the room when we had returned and said they wanted to check the room had been done. Very unusual in the early evening and made us feel uneasy. We asked for tea and milk to be brought up to the room which also never reached us. Furthermore, an additional amount was attempted to be withdrawn from my partner’s account when we had reached home… we called for an explanation which was described as a ‘glitch’ however it had not been the account that paid for the hotel. Overall disappointing.

L'hotel gode di una posizione strategica, adiacente alla stazione della metropolitana. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cortese e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la disponibilità costante di acqua, tè e caffè gratuiti. È inoltre possibile usufruire della palestra.

Pas d’ascenseur fonctionnel. Toilettes sales.
