Nos dejaron realizar el check in mucho antes de la hora y en general todo el personal es muy amable, aunado a que tiene buena ubicación para moverte caminando a varias atracciones y está exactamente a un lado de una terminal del metro

The staff was courteous and helpful. The accommodations of the room were very good. We had a great view and our bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was our bathroom was not clean.

The property is in the Aldgate area, a wonderful location to walk to many incredible sites of London!
The staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time.
It was very quiet, although it is in a very busy part of town. The room was very clean.

Loved the location and overall experience. We had a room on a lower floor and no issues with noise or experience.....the rooftop bar is definitely one to explore as well simply for the views :)

Overall, it was a wonderful stay!! The room wasn’t able to get cool so we felt pretty warm in the room. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and location was great!
