Location is convenient, near to tube and bus stations yet safe neighborhood, walkable to many tourist spots. Room is clean, spacious for 1-2 pax, consistent daily make up room & two bottles of water, thank you housekeeper. And all front staff (receptions and door man) are nice, thank you everyone.

Very close to the Circle line. We had 2 rooms here for 2 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The rooms are small, but bedding is nice and beds are comfortable. Rooms were clean and customer service was excellent! Would happily stay here again.

Stay was really lovely, went above and beyond for me and my partner. We even got an upgrade. Staff were fantastic. Despite the fire alarm going off at 2am (which is out of their control) i wouldn’t fault the hotel. will 100% stay here again. Thank you to the staff for going above for us.

The room was very cozy and had an amazing bed. The downside was that there was only one socket behing the TV so were unable to connect our Fire sctick and the TV had no added apps such as Netflix. The other negative was outside of the hptels contro,the fire alarm went off the whole night.

hotel was average at best. was charged twice for the room, which if you google the hotel they do frequently. when you call they don't answer the phone unless you select the option for a new reservation. strange that. then they say they will call you back which they don't. then when you threaten to take it further they tell you they have sent you back your4 money which they haven't

The room was clean and had a great view, however our bed was so uncomfortable I left with a bad back. Breakfast was tasty, however not much of a choice, would be good to have some cereals available as not everyone likes cooked. The room also only had 1 cookie and 3 teabags to last us for a 2 night stay for 2.

Brilliant location next door to Aldgate station. Nice modern hotel, very clean. All staff that we dealt with were great. Was offered an early check in too which was great as allowed us to freshen up and go explore the city sooner.
