The room was very spacious and nice, clean nice view, had all the things that were needed, bathroom was okay, a little small but not too small, the shower water gets onto the floor and can soak the floor so be careful with that. But overall it’s great.

The lifts are an absolute pain in the neck! Also, the tables at breakfast are far too close together and we felt cramped in - they need to be spaced out more. When I suggested a table I was told “as I could see” the table was not laid out and it would have been a better table for us rather than the cramped in table we were given

Good base for the arena nearby. Hotel was full so some queuing for the lift and no availability for breakfast but plenty of options within 5 minutes walk. Tram stops nearby for New Street station or its a 20 minute walk. Good amenities in the room. Good sized room with an excellent shower.

Very average hotel. It was ok but wouldn’t stay there again. Issues with the room - broken coffee machine, light bulbs missing, no towels. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Food running out, only one working coffee machine. Loads of dirty uncleaned tables around us. Probably better options in Birmingham city centre

The hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access for driving and convenient on-site parking. I’d also highly recommend a visit to Pushkar next door—the food was outstanding, and it’s a real bonus that it’s linked to the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, with cosy beds and modern, clean bathrooms, which made for a pleasant stay overall. My only issue was with the lift, which malfunctioned while we were heading up to the 14th floor. It was a bit of an unsettling experience—certainly not the kind of “thrill ride” you’d expect outside of a theme park. My daughter chose to walk to the room afterward. Although I raised the alarm while inside the lift, I still needed to inform staff once we reached the ground floor. They did arrange for engineering to investigate, but the situation could have been handled more proactively.

Cleaner just walked in my room at 0900 and woke me up. This happens too often now. If check out is 1100 and I have not checked out early why is someone walking in my room?

Quick check in, even though very busy as all going to a concert nearby. Greeted with a glass of Prosecco and a cake as Mother’s Day, which I thought was a lovely touch, especially after arriving soaked through after walking from train station in pouring rain. Room on 10th floor with 2 double beds was lovely as staying with a colleague. Tea and coffee well stocked and a choice of glasses for your chosen tipple. If you forget any toiletries you can ask and they’ll send up some complementary. Beds comfy and clean bathroom, Wi-Fi and a TV you an stream to
