Staff really welcoming and pleasant. Rooms were perfect and clean. Plenty of extra air conditioning around the hotel due to extreme high temperatures. Quick check in and check out. Offered a glass of bubbly on arrival. Despite busy hotel and World Cup Football there was no noise so slept really well. Breakfast was lovely, great selection of food and juices. Perfect location and will definitely stay again.

Great location near Brindley place and broad street. Good to have private parking, however a bit expensive. Nice breakfast. Got a complementary sparking pink fizz on arrival which was a nice touch and upgraded to king room. A bit of noise if facing the main street but not too bad.

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully decorated hotel. It features a stylish bar, restaurant, and gym (although we didn't have the chance to use the gym). We stayed in a room with two double beds, which was spacious and included thoughtful touches such as an espresso machine and a large TV. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warm July weather. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel with pleasant staff until there is a problem! Room not ready (10.30m arrival?!?) but was given two free drinks as compensation so happy to wait. Long wait though and I was very tired so had to chase up. Eventually got in the room, which was spacious with rooms bed, coffee machine and fridge. Unfortunately fridge did not work so reported it and was promised it would be sorted the next day. Got back that evening and still had warm water! TV did not work for bbc one and two, reported it and was asked to try settings myself ? I haven’t got a clue so reported again in the morning but still not sorted when I got back. Night duty manager came up and mended tv but could do nothing about the fridge sadly. Offered reduction in room price, free breakfast and grabbed me three bottles of cold water and bought to the room. Great execution ton of customer service to avoid a complaint and I was happy. After all that I would be happy to stay again 😊👏
