Convenient, close to city centre with less than 10 mins walk

The hotel room is very clean, but the front desk staff's politeness need to be improved

The hotel overall is nice and clean, but the car park entrance is quite difficult to locate. As next to it are 2 pubs and bars, at night you can still hear the music and beats through the windows, quite annoying to be honest.

The room is spacious and comfortable

It was excellent! Very clean, shower was amazing and I had a great night sleep. So thank you.

Loved the rooms very clean everything available Even the house keeping on point Really really disappointed by the staff one of the staff literally walked in my path and didn’t even move to the side One gentleman at reception was lovely But the rest of the staff need to learn to smile and be more helpful The room was cold and I said it wouldn’t work nobody came to check

We were delighted to be given a free upgrade but room 1225 was like an icebox all night even with temperature set 26, definitely ruined the evening snd secured pur christmas cough snd cold 😭

The room was nice however the bathroom door needs replacing as there is terrible water damage that lets the look and feel of the bathroom down. Staff seemed friendly. Breakfast was cold , even though I selected it straight from the hot counter. Beautiful Christmas tree and Christmas display on entry to the hotel. Situated close to the arena and convenient for the Christmas German market!

The cleaner came in my room 3 times from 8am until 10-30am. Check out wasn’t until 11am. So she disturbed my sleep

The staff were great! Check in was terrible due to the whole of Leonardo Hotels computer system being out. Finally got a room, not the type I ordered at 00.30. No one’s fault but did mar our trip.

Breakfast selection was good but our group could not sit together, there were only 6 of us, as the staff were trying to close down a section of the restaurant for cleaning. We ended up on 3 separate tables, not very customer centric.

Horrendous queue to check in taking over an hour… horrendous queue in the evening for the bar.. minimal staff around.. room had not enough cups towels glasses and bottles of water for us and as we were in the room getting ready another couple entered our room and had also been allocated it !

Superb in location, Carpark was juts nearby with promo code from hotel, very convenient access to city main attraction with numerous good restaurant nearby.

What a terrible experience. My husband and I arrived at 3.20 to check in as we had dinner reservations with friends we had not seen for many years at 5pm. Upon arrival the queue to check in was over 100 x people. The queue was snaking all round the lobby and up past the lifts and around. It was chaos. At no point did we see a member of staff. We were told by other queue members that they had been there hours and that all systems were down and everything had to be done manually. My husband and I made decision to book another hotel elsewhere so we could quickly change and get to our reservation. We have been trying to obtain a refund and cancellation through hotels but so far entirely unsuccessfully. This is unacceptable. I have videos of the queue and again 2 hours later where the queue remains unchanged.

Stay and staff all very good but the mould around the windows is awful and unsightly

This is a hotel that likes to make its customers queue both for check in (awful) and for service at the bar on return from a concert. Pretty dire experience for a supposedly high quality hotel. Best svoided

Bar staff service very slow and shampoo was empty in room.

Most things were spot on but, the wait when we got back to hotel after the show for drinks was shockingly bad for such a big hotel chain
