Huge queue for check in. Incredibly rude staff on reception. Room and cleanliness fine. Mini fridge heated our items, staff pointed out only meant to be coolers. Advertised on website as mini fridge. Just as well it wasn’t essential medication. Wouldn’t return

the hotel has had a nice refurb since it was a Jury's Inn but the walls are still paper thin so I had loud music coming from the room next door. Reception told me there are there 24 hours a day in case I had issues refused to answer the phone repeatedly at 22:30.
I had colleagues there the same night who could hear each others alarm clocks the next morning.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed this hotel very much. Slept comfortably and loved that it was close to Symphony Hall and Bullring (city centre). We took a bus and got there in under 10 mins.

Stayed two nights (Thurs/Fri) while on a solo trip exploring Birmingham and the surrounding area into the Cotswolds. Was very conveniently located, clean and helpful staff. The hotel gym was excellent and one of the better ones I’ve experienced as there were so many options for different types of workout. Room very tidy and appreciated the coffee provision!

Hotel was great, staff were brilliant, the only thing that let it down was the lack of lifts! I have had a hip replacement and we walked down from the 10th floor!
All in all I would recommend and we would stay again and hope the lifts are working by then!
