the hotel has had a nice refurb since it was a Jury's Inn but the walls are still paper thin so I had loud music coming from the room next door. Reception told me there are there 24 hours a day in case I had issues refused to answer the phone repeatedly at 22:30. I had colleagues there the same night who could hear each others alarm clocks the next morning.

Stayed two nights (Thurs/Fri) while on a solo trip exploring Birmingham and the surrounding area into the Cotswolds. Was very conveniently located, clean and helpful staff. The hotel gym was excellent and one of the better ones I’ve experienced as there were so many options for different types of workout. Room very tidy and appreciated the coffee provision!

Hotel was great, staff were brilliant, the only thing that let it down was the lack of lifts! I have had a hip replacement and we walked down from the 10th floor! All in all I would recommend and we would stay again and hope the lifts are working by then!

Pleasantly surprised by the high standard, the mini fridge, coffee maker, kettle with various teas/coffees, water, wine glasses, fantastic. Shower was amazing, lovely toiletries in the bathroom and a hairdryer provided too. The bed was super comfortable with ample number of pillows, and the view from the 16th floor was great. The hotel bar stayed open till 2am, doing cocktails and plenty of other choices. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this hotel 🙌

Clean but very small room. Our room was on the 13th floor right next to the lifts that’s were incredibly noisy. All through the night the lifts were going up and down so we didn’t have a great sleep.

From arrival for check in, despite completing the online check in, was told to join the 20 person deep que as the online check in desk wasn't open. Only for one person to approach a member of staff and speak in there native language to allow them to jump the que and check in at the online desk, after me approaching was told no to than question why, he than grumbled in a foreign language before giving me my key. The room debating if it was actually fully clean, post it notes left on the desk noting works needed. with light bulbs left, noticed everything on this post it hadn't been completed, toilet filthy, bed linen dirty. Reception claimed no other rooms available unless I wish to pay and upgrade fee but they'll TRY to get issues sorted. After going out no issues sorted late at night, staff advised nobody is around to change or even provide linen, or change the room. If we hadn't had a few drinks I would've left and drove home.
