A truly comfortable, kids-friendly hotel. There are tons of activities inside the hotel, especially the kids' activities. The staff is amazing, super friendly from check-in, escort to the restaurant area, animal feeding, and dance shows. Wow, my family and I will definitely come back here again. When you're tired of traveling long distances, a short check-in time is very helpful. Plus the kitchen staff's willingness to serve in the restaurant even though orders were already closed. Amazing, so we didn't have to bother going out to find dinner. Gallons of water are also provided in the lobby to refill as desired. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and functions well. The AC is also cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Most of the people staying are families, so it feels comfortable. A smoking area is provided in the garden in front of the room.

I really liked it. When I stayed there was fog in the afternoon, the view was amazing, Mount Arjuna, Selecta, Batu City, and even Paralayang Hill were all visible. Mount Panderman was visible on the other side of the hotel. It's a perfect place for healing with a very pocket-friendly budget. You can stroll around the area in the quiet and comfortable atmosphere in the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was quite good, the water heater worked well, and even without air conditioning, the air around Panderman View was very cool.
