Staff was accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The food was also nice, and breakfast had a variety of local and western options. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Keep up the good work.

During the Isra Miraj holiday, we were forced to take a smoking room because we couldn't get a non-smoking room. Amazingly, the room didn't smell of cigarettes at all and smelled great. Kudos to the room maintenance team. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was provided with Dove soap. The most impressive thing was the breakfast, with plenty of choices, all delicious, and no one was disappointed. And it's great that they have gluten-free bread, and it tastes delicious too. Kudos again to the Holiday Inn team. We were satisfied with our stay here and if we plan to go back to Bandung, we will stay here again. Thank you, Holiday Inn.

The rooms are aesthetically pleasing and highly Instagrammable, perfect for photos and staycations. The design is sleek, modern, and comfortable. The rooms are well-maintained, fragrant, and well-organized. The staff is friendly, helpful, and the service is warm. It was a pleasant stay, and I'd love to return. Value for money, strategic location, peaceful atmosphere, and complete amenities make it perfect for a short getaway.
