We had the most wonderful stay at the Hilton Nusa Dua with two other groups of friends. Our two boys loved the water slide and pool areas (so did we). The kids club is more suitable for children around 6-8 years and younger, so we didn't really use that, but the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was incredible, and the resort itself was so scenic. Our room was perfect, and while there is some construction going on next door, we didn't even notice it as our room was soundproof—and our room was right at the end of the resort where the works were occurring. Would absolutely stay there again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The restaurant staff were also very helpful during breakfast, especially with the excellent takeout breakfast boxes. The hotel room was large, clean and tidy, and always had complete amenities. Overall, I was pleased with the service at this hotel. The strategic location is close to eateries, restaurants, and minimarkets on both sides. The best, best, best all in all.
