Absolutely worth it! The vibe, food, and facilities are all great. A truly hidden gem in Batu! It feels like grandma's house, and the vibe is peaceful.

I've stayed here several times when I'm in Malang. The location is quite strategic, within the UM campus. The place is clean and comfortable, with a large closet for storing bags and belongings. The premium rooms also have a refrigerator, hot water for showers, and the staff is friendly. The price is affordable for the facilities provided.

Perfect place to stay with your husband/wife, quiet and safe. The staff and security quickly helped us when in need. We also came in the middle of the night and they secured our motorbike with a chain so it’s pretty safe. Room service was decent, it was pleasant.

Superb. Excellent, great view. I recommend getting the highest available room floor with Arjuna Mountain as the main view from the balcony. Great sunrise when waking up.

The location is close to UB because every time the kids have a competition, we always stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and I always get room 106. I like it. You get drinking water and snacks. Soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes are all provided. The price is very affordable. Secure parking 👍

The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the views are directly overlooking Mount Arjuno and Welirang. There's a pop-up market on Sundays. I highly recommend it. Next time I'm in Malang, I'll definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Near from city center and ijen street which is located in a nice neighbourhood. The bathroom was clean and completed with amenities. Recommended for family. Surely will be back again!!!

This is my second stay here, and the atmosphere is still just as comfortable. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room amenities are also quite complete, including cool air conditioning and working hot water. The location is also strategic, close to convenience stores and restaurants.

Spacious & clean room, complete in-room facilities, overall feels comfortable. Intentionally stayed at UB Guest House and it proved to be easy for us to attend our child's graduation at the Samantha Krida building. We also took the time to take a morning walk and Beam in the afternoon around the modern, beautiful and green UB campus. A very pleasant and satisfying experience to be able to enjoy UB Guest House on the UB campus, of course will come back again later.

Family-friendly, a really nice place, comfortable, easy to get to everywhere, and not noisy. Especially on Sundays, there's live music in the afternoon while you relax, have coffee, and eat.
