From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

The staff at the lobby was very helpful in handling my problem with the room key. And of course, the food at the rooftop is awesome! Especially the Nasi Goreng Batiqa 🔥 Very recommended! Friendly staff and great location. Mosquito screens need to be installed on the bathroom vent hole to prevent any kind of bugs coming into the room. Quite unpleasant.

Good: Affordable for this kind of inn! The staffs were friendly, the lobby was very clean and smelled good, check-in process was efficient, room was clean, beds were comfy and even got two pillows, AC worked well, there's TV, there's hot water (yay!) / To consider by future visitors: No toothbrush and toothpaste, so bring your own or buy on the lobby (they sell those needs, but towels were provided), no lift, parking area was limited especially for cars. / Will come again for sure 😁 💕

I will not stay here again. The room was very humid, the hot water was not working correctly, and the room beside me was deafening at night, yet I knew no one there. It was very creepy.
