It's really nice here, the hotel rooms are minimalist but nicely decorated and very comfortable because each room has a balcony. I went for holiday with my family. From the first time we arrived, the concierge and receptionist were so friendly and helpful. Oakwood gave me an upgrade to twice the size of my actual booking room. The first time I stayed at this hotel was so impressive, starting from the friendly security guard to helping me park my car and carry my luggage to the hotel lobby, the receptionist was also friendly, the room was clean and fragrant, the room was spacious with a fairly spacious bathroom and the cleanliness was maintained, it was very satisfying to stay here, next time we plan another staycation here, for the bathroom towels maybe they need to be replaced because they are a bit rough.

A 10/10 rating is certainly appropriate. The rooms are clean and spacious, with complete amenities. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, and the food is delicious. Kudos to Santika. Keep it up! If I go to SBY, I'll definitely stay here again, as it's also close to the station.
