Overall, this hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the city views are excellent, and the location is close to the city center. I called for help because the AC was dripping water on the floor. A technician arrived in less than two minutes and fixed it. My only suggestion is to provide a bath mat in the room.

The best. Perfect 10/10. I can't, but only occasionally, but regularly if necessary, haha. If I could become a member, I would 🤣😍

Staff very friendly. Room was spotless. The food was great and very reasonably priced--room service nasi goreng was yummy and only 20,000! Hotel is walking distance to Jakarta Arts building, Cathedral, Istiqlal Mosque and nice cafes and restaurants. Will book again next time we're in town.

The hotel is old but very well taken care of. They let us in quite early, and we were very grateful for it since we had a long flight from Europe. The staff are super friendly and kind. I will definitely recommend the hotel!

I spent several days there and was very satisfied. From the hospitality and ease of check-in, to the very comfortable, always clean room, and all the facilities were functioning properly, from the toilet to the hairdryer. What I really liked was the towels, which were very comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The location is in the city center, making it easy to get around and visit. There's also a small but well-stocked mall downstairs, especially Sate Khas Senayan, a Jakarta culinary icon. I've stayed there several times, and it's been two years, and everything is still well-maintained. Hopefully, it can be maintained; God willing, we will definitely visit again.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great location. It is also very close to the Sabang culinary area, just within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very nice. Thank you for the warm hospitality, I enjoyed my stay very much.

The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. The facilities are very satisfying. I'll be returning to Merlynn Park Hotel next time.

Stayed at the Kempinski Hotel for Jakarta's 499th anniversary celebrations, making it easier to watch the artists. When booking, I chose a Deluxe room with a view of the Hotel Indonesia Roundabout, but due to full capacity, I was given a more spacious Deluxe room. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was satisfied with my stay. I'd love to stay here again sometime.
