Verwood Hotel and Serviced Residence Surabaya
I booked this place for 3 nights and had to change my plans. I was unable to secure a refund of the monies paid and was not even offered an option to reschedule or a credit. A terrible way to do business by this establishment. I will never recommend this place to anyone and actively advise fellow travellers to avoid this place. Minus 25 stars.

Alright, so this hotel has an advantage that not many others do: it's located on HR Muhammad Street—one of Surabaya’s main culinary and lifestyle hotspots. It’s right across from Vasa Hotel Surabaya. The price is affordable and totally worth it. The bed is comfortable, and the dining area serves good food.
There’s just one thing that felt a bit inconvenient: there’s no spacious table to place larger bags or belongings. Other than that, everything’s great. Just right.

Harris Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Surabaya. Location and price are perfect, the bedroom is very clean. Try to order food for in-room dining, we ordered fried rice, noodle rice and spaghetti carbonara and the taste is delicious with an affordable price. Good luck!

the place was really uncomfortable at all, even though it's cheap but I can't feel any satisfaction at all because the toilet was so bad and it's disgustingly dirty and too noisy because there is a construction. The place is also smelled damp. the only positive review that I can give, there is a pretty good wifi and get 2 bottles of regular water and that's it. if you ask me do you want to comeback? I'll answer absolutely no without a doubt.
