From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by an atmosphere of sophistication and warmth. The staff at Four Points Hotel are exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest from the get-go. The highlight of my stay undoubtedly revolved around the dining experience at Djaman Doeloe Reesto & Bar. This in-house restaurant not only offered an inclusive breakfast and dinner option but also treated me to an array of culinary delights that left me speechless. The variety of dishes catered to every palate, ensuring that there was something for everyone. The fusion of traditional Indonesian flavors with modern twists was a treat for my taste buds. Chef Hidayat's culinary prowess shone through in every dish. The attention to detail, presentation, and use of fresh ingredients were evident in every bite. The standout flavors and innovative menu choices truly set Djaman Doeloe Reesto & Bar apart as a culinary gem within the hotel. As for the accommodation, Four Points Hotel lives up to its 4-star rating. My room was well-appointed, comfortable, and designed with a modern touch. The hotel is clean and spacious. The gym is opened 24 hours but you need to get the reception to open the room. They have self washing machine together with the dryer which is very convenience. Reception and staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a little bit slow with the wi-fi. Overall the hotel has extended a great service and great value of money, will definitely come back next time.

I booked this place for 3 nights and had to change my plans. I was unable to secure a refund of the monies paid and was not even offered an option to reschedule or a credit. A terrible way to do business by this establishment. I will never recommend this place to anyone and actively advise fellow travellers to avoid this place. Minus 25 stars.

Alright, so this hotel has an advantage that not many others do: it's located on HR Muhammad Street—one of Surabaya’s main culinary and lifestyle hotspots. It’s right across from Vasa Hotel Surabaya. The price is affordable and totally worth it. The bed is comfortable, and the dining area serves good food.
There’s just one thing that felt a bit inconvenient: there’s no spacious table to place larger bags or belongings. Other than that, everything’s great. Just right.

Harris Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Surabaya. Location and price are perfect, the bedroom is very clean. Try to order food for in-room dining, we ordered fried rice, noodle rice and spaghetti carbonara and the taste is delicious with an affordable price. Good luck!

the place was really uncomfortable at all, even though it's cheap but I can't feel any satisfaction at all because the toilet was so bad and it's disgustingly dirty and too noisy because there is a construction. The place is also smelled damp. the only positive review that I can give, there is a pretty good wifi and get 2 bottles of regular water and that's it. if you ask me do you want to comeback? I'll answer absolutely no without a doubt.
