The food is varied and delicious, the cleanliness is really good, the service is friendly and fast, basically if I go to Surabaya I want to stay at Fairfield again.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I'd probably stay here again next time. It's close to Bungkul Park, so you can go for a walk if you get bored in your room.

I've been a regular when I'm in Surabaya, staying here often. Affordable, clean rooms, a clean swimming pool, a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere, and a view I love overlooking the Suramadu Bridge. It's close to everything. There's no breakfast, but there are plenty of eateries nearby. I really enjoyed staying here :)

I found out about this hotel from a friend, the second time I stayed here, it was still the same, clean rooms, complete facilities, good service, friendly staff, even during breakfast there was a complaint about the cutlery, the staff immediately replaced it & apologized. I think this is one place to stay that will surprise you. The price is not expensive, but the rooms are spacious, with minimalist decoration, so it feels even more spacious. Apart from being spacious, the rooms are neat and clean. This hotel will clearly be your first consideration if you travel again to ITS and its surroundings. Hopefully it's not fully booked.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There are children's and adult pools, and beautiful beach views from your room, allowing you to watch the sunset. It feels like having your own private beach. It's perfect for a family vacation.
