My experience of staying at Karuna Hotels is certainly very pleasant, this is because the price is cheap but the facilities are amazing, the facilities that I mean include comfortable and clean rooms, there is AC, LED TV, and a clean bathroom. The most unique of this hotel, when going to sleep will be heard the strains of crickets that can soothe the soul. Thanks to the calm that I get, I can rest with as much as possible. I received numerous compliments upon check-in, a welcome drink in my room, snacks, and even more snacks from the hotel upon check-out. It was a truly memorable stay, and it was well worth it. The Life Styles Hotel Surabaya
The location is perfect, with a lot of culinary nearby. Limited parking area. The room is clean, smell smoke, but they come and spray the air freshener. The pool is great.

POP! Hotel Diponegoro Surabaya
The hotel is great for a short escape. The location is very strategic, the room is wide and clean, the service is excellent! They gave me a non-smoking room as I requested and I am so grateful for that. And what great next is that they gave guests a reusable and refilled water bottle and glasses so that no plastic wasted. Go Green!
