What an incredible experience staying at this hotel. The facilities are undeniably luxurious and classy, and the staff are friendly and very helpful even after checking out. One of the things we experienced here was leaving our luggage because we wanted to go to the mall first, as the hotel is connected to the mall. It would have been a shame to have to go straight home, and the staff were still very friendly and helpful, truly 5-star. 😁🙏🏻👍

I recently stayed at the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel in Jakarta, and my experience was very satisfying. The location is very strategic—easily accessible, close to shopping centers and office areas. Upon arrival, the hotel staff greeted me very friendly and the check-in process was quick. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The atmosphere was classic yet well-maintained, making for a more restful rest after a long day of activities. The hotel facilities are also complete—a swimming pool, a restaurant with a varied menu, and an elegant lobby area. The breakfast was one of my favorites. There was a wide selection of dishes, ranging from traditional Indonesian to international. The service was prompt and warm. Overall, my stay at the Grand Sahid Jaya made me feel well-treated. This hotel is perfect for both business and leisure trips. I will definitely return again in the future.

Stayed here for a weekend staycation, and it was such a pleasant experience! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious since it’s a studio type, and very well-equipped, there’s an iron, hair dryer, dining utensils, and even cooking tools. Surprisingly, the breakfast was also really good! Definitely would love to come back here for another staycation in Jakarta. Worth every penny!

I have always loved my stay here! The rooms facing the green areas in Fatmawati (still don't know what the place is called, to be honest) are always pleasant and a breath of fresh air amidst Jakarta's overcrowding. The breakfast menu was not only varied but also good! The hotel being situated just a short distance from the MRT station is also a significant advantage!

We had a pleasant stay here, we got a comfy bed, clean room, personally love the old hotel ambience. The hotel provided good amenities, enjoyed the bath with hot water, internet connection was good, staff was helpful and hassle-free check-in and out. Haven't tasted anything food-wise, but we're sure they got a good food selection. Will be back if we are around the area.
