Clean room. Cooking utensils such as stove and pan are available (there are plates + spoons). There is also a 2-door refrigerator, smart TV (can Netflix), sofa + pillows in front of the TV so you can Netflix. The bathroom is equipped with soap / shampoo in bottles, toothbrush + toothpaste, bath sponge. Unfortunately, you only get one towel, but no problem. Highly recommend staying here. The security guards were incredibly friendly. They were very helpful during heavy rain. Cafe Ettan (in the Rumah Cimandiri area) was very appealing due to its ambiance, cleanliness, and price. We stayed in a family room with a decent living room. However, the bedroom felt a bit cramped, and the wardrobe was a bit dusty. Since this is a guest house, not a fully functional hotel, you need to find the hotel staff first. But overall, the experience of staying here was very pleasant because of its special location, right behind Gedung Sate, in the city center, but with a view of a very large park. It was very enjoyable to take a morning walk in the Gedung Sate park, and an afternoon/evening walk to Progo & Riau with dozens of cafes/restaurants in the area.

It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
