I've stayed at this hotel twice. It's strategically located, with a comfortable and beautiful atmosphere thanks to the many trees. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Morning cycling is a great activity around the hotel, and the hotel offers bike rentals for 30,000 Rupiah per two hours. Access to food and shopping centers is also very easy and varied, especially on weekends.

the resort staff are all friendly, the service is fast... the room is decorated beautifully & clean... the mountain view is awesome, at night before going to bed we can see the twinkling lights from the room, in the morning when we wake up we are treated to a mountain view & the sound of birds chirping... the view & service at the branch resto is also good, a heater is provided if we are cold, the food is delicious... the concept of the resort & restaurant is really cool... It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
