The front desk personnel was slow to address a problem with the AC and dismissive of problems with the wifi, which basically did not work. He also insisted that he had upgraded our room "two or three levels" and that we were in "one of the best" rooms which was clearly not the case when a repairman finally showed up to fix the AC which was caused by an excessive amount of dirt on the filter.

Beautiful Hotel. Lovely additions to the bathroom, including Hive body wash that is delightful. Very clean. Easy access to Termini due to proximity. We were only there for one night, but would love to stay again.

Room is spacious, modern and very clean. There is an on site spa facilities that you pay extra and it was great. I had a deal with gym spa and massage for €99 per person. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels and toiletries.

Hotel was very clean and staff were top class. Hotel is situated in a good location close to Rome Termini rail station which is great for travelling to other destinations. Staff were polite and helpful . Would stay here again.
