Only stayed one night but the room was almost too big. Full siting area with couch and chair, bathroom was almost the size of our past hotel rooms all together but so far from the bedroom I prayed not I have to get up during the night. Nice problem to have while in Rome, I guess it compensated for not having a view as we were below street level. Only complaint is the TV was not smart, we couldn’t stream to it. Having that space would have been nice to watch a movie and drink some lovely wine in the evening. But overall the stay was a 9/10

The hotel location was very convenient, and the staff was friendly. Since we were traveling with a stroller and three large suitcases, we appreciated having a big room. The only downside was that we had to use five steps every time we entered or left the room, which was difficult with the stroller.

Attempted to use Xpedia to change booking. Expedia person named Jesse, not a virtual agent said they would talk to the hotel to help change the days a of the booking. Jesse never got back to me. Then reached out to the hotel and asked for help and they didn’t get back to me til after the booking was over to say they would just keep the money for the booking. Eff them.

The room was very clean and comfortable, nothing luxurious but practical. The gym is the highlight of the hotel given that it is well equipped and nice. The location is very convenient as the hotel is close to the Republica subway. There are nice restaurants and a grocery store nearby.
