It's a classy hotel, in a very walkable location. Rooftop offers stunning views. I'd recommend for the price.

Superb allround hotel , would highly recommend the Hive hotel for a stay in Rome

stayed at this hotel for seven nights and overall I was not satisfied. The hotel claims to be four stars, but in reality it felt more like a two- or three-star hotel at best. The rooms were not clean, and even basic amenities like shampoo were only provided when requested. Overall, this is not a good four-star hotel. I didn’t like it and would not recommend it.

The staff provided a warm welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel has a big wow factor when you first arrive. Shortly after this we got knocked back down when dealing with the night reception staff. We were given an adjoining room when we first arrived which we only discovered when entering the room. It had 2 doors, one of which we have no ides where it went other than it opened in to our room. My wife wasn’t comfortable so I went to reception to swap rooms. They did swap the rooms but seemed annoyed at having to do it. The new room was much better and had the sofa bed, which was missing in the previous room. The room in general is fairly good, clean and maintained but doesn’t have the usual things like irons, restaurant opening times, room service menus etc. All we had was a number for room service but no menu and a spa package booklet. The breakfast room/restaurant is amazing and a lovely place to have a few drinks after a day out. Don’t eat in the restaurant though as it’s not very good.The food was very bland and cold, the same with breakfast. There is a large selection for breakfast but the hot food is very tasteless. Despite this the staff in the restaurant and bar were all very helpful and friendly and it’s just the food that is not very good. There are fantastic restaurants close by so it’s not an issue but obviously well known as the restaurant was always empty. The bar staff were very friendly and made nice cocktails. I would stay again but wouldn’t eat in the restaurant again and would go out for breakfast.

Conveniently placed and very clean , the staff is very friendly specially in the breakfast service. Bed was a tiny bit hard , although the room was silent. I recommend.

When we go back to Rome, I will definitely stay at the Hive Hotel. I didn’t have an opportunity to try the spa but the customer service was excellent.

Wonderful hotel! Everything from the service at check in to check out was amazing. The hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious, and a great central and safe location.

It was clean, modern and the room was huge. Bed was super comfortable, we slept great. The location was close enough to major sites but far enough from tourist. I would definitely stay here again.

Room clean , cleaner very friendly, reception ok .. No complimentary water in room ! Gym chargeable :(( No discount on food / 20%discounts as mentioned. Would look at another hotel first before booking again

Very clean and modern, friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooftop bar to ha e a night cap! Convenient short walk from the train station. Would stay again
