The level of service from upper management to the bellmen was beyond words. It was the best service we received from any five star property we have ever stayed around the world. It was seriously that good! If you are staying in Macau, treat yourself to the best hotel experience you will ever have. Again, the stay was unbelievable! The level of detail, impeccable facility, and staff that genuinely live and breathe exceptional hospitality service. I also want to give some added praise to Nicholas and Melanie They made sure every aspect of our stay was attended to and made it our most memorable hotel experience ever. Lastly, everyone we encountered knew our name and their kindness made everything special. The club level suite we stayed in was incredible and impeccably maintained. The suite was tastefully decorated, as was the entire hotel. Again, if staying in Macau do not hesitate and stay at the Ritz Carlton.

Read a lot of reviews before making the decision of staying at the Ritz-Carlton and I am 200% happy with our stay with 53rd floor lounge access. The lounge provides 5 meal/drink services from breakfast to after dinner drinks and everyone on this floor is extra nice especially Molly, Allan and Lila My family and I will not stay anywhere else in Macau now. ++++recommend!

It was a wonderful stay. From check in to check out, the service is so good! The room is spacious and clean. The decorations they arranged for my birthday and the amenities they prepared for my little daughter are thoughtful enough! I believe I will visit again in the soon future~

It took almost an hour to check in the room, this the air conditioning was not working for the first night. The transportation accommodations were terrible, they listed “first come first serve “ but it is not available most of the time.

We stayed two nights. The hotel was nice and clean, but the service - very poor, none. The room wasn't cleaned the second day, although I asked the cleaning lady to come after 40 minutes after we leave (she came very early). No fresh water was left in the room, no fresh towels, no shampoo and conditioner, the staff most of them didn't understand English. I have stayed in other Ritz Carlton hotels and everything was superb, but not in Macao, a big disappointment for us.

Ritz Carlton is always the best choice for spending special moment with our loved ones!!! And always full of surprises, but one thing that need to improve is to speed up the L&F process as I waited for 30mins to get my item back!!! Overall is still my favorite brand in the world!!!

The service was excellent. Checkin was fast and you don't need to stand queuing like other 5-star hotels. Got free upgrade to Carlton. The room is very spacious and has a fantastic view of the Galaxy. The staffs are all very nice. Will return for sure.

the staff serve us with heart and passion. It's my husband birthday and the hotel decorates our room with rose pedals and send us a birthday cake. this is an unforgettable experience for us.
