The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a super clean bathroom, and it was very family-friendly. The location is also very strategic—right in front of NU Sentral Mall and close to public transportation—making it a highly recommended stay for tourists. We would definitely come back here on our next visit to KL.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The location is very strategic, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The staff were extremely helpful and even provided a WhatsApp number for easier communication. The price is very reasonable. Although the hotel is still under renovation, it didn’t disturb our stay at all. I also love how the owner plays the Qur’an every morning. Highly recommended!

Thank you to Ms. Ariana, the front office staff who helped me check in. She gave me a free late check-out at 1 PM. The room was also very clean and cool. The bellboy/doorman was also very friendly. The housekeeping staff, Kay, who knows what, worked quickly, neatly, and cleanly. She ensured my room was perfectly clean. They even made the towels in the room into swan shapes (sorry, I lost the paper that asked you to write down your name and put it on the desk in the room, but I read your name was similar to mine, but I forgot your last name, brother. Please accept my apology). The room, lobby, and rooftop have been beautifully renovated. My last stay was in 2019, before Covid. I'll definitely be back. The price is reasonable, the service is good, and it's right in the heart of KL Sentral. It's easy to find food and transportation. And most importantly, the hotel's lighting is bright and there's no spooky or haunted feeling. I'm not someone who dares to sleep alone, but I couldn't help but sleep alone and soundly (the lights and TV were still on). :) Thank you to all the Easy Hotel staff. Hotel is very near to the MRT, Central Market, Petaling Street, and other beautiful areas. The service was friendly. Staff are very welcoming and provided accurate information. We were allowed to check in early. When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage while we continued exploring the surrounding area. Security guards are nice and helpful. The room was comfortable.

We arrived slightly earlier for check-in, they were able to accommodate us and there were rooms already available. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and the checking in process was smooth and pleasant. We had the hotel breakfast, highly recommended. I think it's the best among the top hotels in KL city centre. The variety was great, the quality and the taste was great. The wait staff were efficient. It was a very good experience on both the days. The pool was family-friendly, it had a slide, which was great for families with kids. Overall, an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi code worked well, good enough to stream Netflix and YouTube on multiple devices at the same time. Overall, we would definitely come back again if we have the opportunity to.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful during my check-in late after midnight. The room was super spacious, clean, with amenities beyond expectation such as water kettle, mini fridge, hot shower, iron, and hair dryer. I had a really great experience staying in My City Hotel because the room was clean, especially the bathroom was superb: clean with good light and comfortable... The extra was it's near the MRT of Masjid Jamek (just a few steps), there were so many food stalls around it, just a few meters from Mydin and Haniffa to buy Beryl's chocolate, coffee, teabags as a gift from Malaysia, and near Masjid Jamek and other tourism spots (could be reached on foot easily).
