I love this hotel...pretty clean, staff courteous, nice location....

Great location but serious soundproofing issues The positives: The hotel is very well located in the historic center, perfect for exploring that area on foot. The rooms are clean, renewed and the staff maintains good cleaning standards. The negatives: The main problem is the terrible soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything: other guests’ conversations, footsteps… This makes it very difficult to get proper rest. If you’re a light sleeper, prepare for a rough night. The breakfast is quite limited in variety and you will find better/cheapers alternatives in the surrounding area.

The staff stole my jewelry from my room on 12-13-25. I spoke to Antonio on 12-14-25, he refused to do anything and said his manger would call the next day. I never got a call. I called the property on 12-15-25 and spoke to Anais. She said she cannot help me and hung up on me. Worst service. This property is full of thieves and will rob you from your valuables if you stay here.

The staff was very courteous. The restaurant is excellent and the hotel is very close to El Zocalo and everything. Very easy to go around.

Room was ok, plenty of room to walk around and store stuff away. My 2 issues were, the faucet on the sink, is more like a sprayer that a faucet. I couldn't wash my hands, face or teeth without spraying water all over the counter and my stuff like, lotions, creams, soap. I had to use a towel to get all these items dry. I ended up doing the washing on the bathtub. The shower head, another sprinkler. I spent double the time just showering because of that. These 2 items, the faucet and the shower head need a replacement urgently. If you show that changes had been made, i will always come back if not, I'll be looking to stay somewhere else. My stays are usually long, 2 weeks or more so, if you want as a return customer, those changes would do. I can't speak about the restaurant because i didn't use it. The staff is great, with the exception that, one they didn't locked the door properly. I found it open upon my arrival, and they forgot to refresh the towels. No towels when i returned and had to call the receptionist to get them.

Me gustó el Hotel. Lo único que puedo decir que las manifestaciones hace un poco difícil llegar o salir de allí pero yo les doy un 10. Limpio la que limpia Sugey. Hace un trabajo. Intachable.
