The best part about our stay was that the housekeeping staff brought us plenty of towels throughout our stay.

Clean the pool and little better

The facility overall was ok. Unfortunately some of the staff, specifically the pool staff were not friendly or helpful. If a question was asked, They always responded with short answers and attitude. Additionally, the ice maker on our floor was not working our whole stay there. We had to go up 3 floors to get ice.

Stay was nice, very kind staff. Our food at the bar restaurant was very good. Hotel is good, could use a little updating.

The beach view was amazing, staff was extremely accommodating, and the pool/beach area was the best I’ve experienced in Puerto Rico.

Clean room with excellent view of the ocean but then on our 1st night the AC was too cold and thermostat was not working. Maintenance guy came up but could not fix the problem. They had to move us to a different room with partial view of the ocean. Other than that, everything else is great. Really nice hotel… love their ice cream shop that’s open 24 hours and sell sandwiches too. We came on a weekday so, not as crowded.

Hotel and amenities were nice and in good conditions but the Multilevel Parking is falling in pieces not a good experience dirty and not that much room between Parking spots needs to be remodeling the whole structure

I had a great time at the property but it’s time for an update. Also my room was horrible every morning at 3am you hear all the big trucks loading and unloading.

Nice ocean view, nice pool area, rooms are a little outdated.

The pool wasn’t cleaned of all the debris from the winds. The service I experienced wasn’t the best but I still gave a 20 percent tip. My room service food was chicken tacos which I couldn’t finish eating because I found a stick in one … or a stem of some kind. I was too tired to phone a complaint.

Ideally overall it was an experience and thanks to the new people i met but this hotel had so many hidden agendas that it almost was impossible to enjoy , i informed them via Expedia it was my birthday i had seen videos on social media of people staying here and receiving welcome gifts such as totes , robes, birthday cakes and champagne.. upon arrival i wasn’t aware of an additional $200 making my incidental $400 also when asked about the robes they stated that they were for VIP guests . They barely even said happy birthday but wanted to offer a room upgrade for an additional $50 so although i made the best of my time and aside of the pool i probably wouldn’t stay here again .. a lot of changes need to be made and if your spending $1000 plus you should def be treated as an vip would .

The resort was amazing! The cove is protected by rocks, so the water isn't wavy. I brought an underwater camera & snorkels, and the aquarium under the water was so wonderful. So many different fish! So many different options for where to relax. Staff are always available everywhere to help. We walked to local restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, clothing stores, and the castles; Uber is readily available. So much to do there! I paid for a partial view in the Wave Wing and only got a view of a parking garage. I was going to complain, but it was so quiet there, I'm glad I didn't. There were only 4 rooms on that floor and no noise. It was great! Oh, and that shower has the best water pressure of any shower I've ever taken. I bought coffee in the cafe every morning until the last day, when I figured out you could get complimentary coffee in the restaurant. sigh* I will be returning for sure!

pool/ beach was great and that’s as far as i’ll go. the room and upkeep was TERRIBLE. They say that the wave wing in the hotel was updated, however, first night, there was a leak under the carpet and they couldn’t change our room until the next day. the room we were moved to did not have a leak, BUT had a black mold coming out the vent into the bathroom when we shower. To add insult to injury, the carpet in between the bed smelled of cheese/a sneaker that has been worn over again with no socks on. When we addressed these concerns there was no offer of a new room. We were stuck in this room for three more nights. Not to mention, we all developed sore throats during our stay, and once we landed back in NY, our sore throat was gone. I would not advise anyone to stay here for solely health concerns

The hotels staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to switch our room because of a terrible smell. They switched us right away and gave us a food credit. The hotel itself was a little dingy and outdated. Every restaurant on site was very pricey. So bring a lot of money. The breakfast buffet was not good, but we ate there everyday because we had it included. Food was overdone and not great tasting. The waiters were wonderful though. The pools were well maintained and clean.
