Take over 1 hour to check-in. We booked beach wing room, but no available room for us. I booked breakfast but they said the room excluded breakfast. Only water is free but you have to ask from front desk. Nothing drink in the lobby and in the room.

The outside areas of this property are amazing. The pool and beach access as well as the open air lobby areas are the highlights. The rooms however, are not worth the cost.

The room was not ready at check-in then it wasn’t that clean. Mold was around the sink and the property as a whole could use some maintenance as there was chipping paint and carpet snags. The oceanfront view was not very nice and the balcony was really small.

Loved the place!

They don’t inform you about extra charges like tourist charges per day and parking is really expensive bad service so bad pool closed early can’t even walk by the pool at night never coming back to the hotel not me i pay gor my trip and at the end i pay over $1000.00 dollars in charges wow be careful people do your proper research before you booked with them

Amazing property! We have not been away since 2018, we went for my 50th! I could not have been happier with the hotel, staff, local people and food! I loved that you could venture out of the hotel to sight see!! Wonderful culture! I think we may want to retire here!! 😂😊❤️👍

Check in was a nightmare and each time we needed to speak to someone at the front desk, we had to ask for a supervisor. Wanda and CYD were great but they shouldn’t have to come out and deal with the poor attitudes and work by the front desk. Hilton caribe no longer accepts Hilton benefits even though I got a message from the Hilton app as well as given a paper on the greatness of my benefits (that I couldn’t use). They said it was a recent change when booking via a 3rd party but none of that information was posted. They confused the multiple reservations our family had, charged me over 2k without telling me, and did not communicate anything about the hotel or July 4th. The junior suite has no garden view like we were told, the AC leaked so badly in the bedroom and the TV stopped working. Housekeeping Liz was GREAT on the 3rd floor and I’m grateful for her positive attitude and work ethic. We frequent puerto rico very often. This was our second trip in 2 weeks. We will not be staying here again.

Unfortunately the staff was not friendly at all. I love staying at Hiltons this was the first unfriendly hotel! The food service was horrible. The bar tenders mean! Also room wasn’t ready until 8 pm that’s unfair when you pay for a whole day.

Our stay was excellent when we checked in we was upgraded to a room with a tub because y wife needed one with her legs having circulation problems. The staff was excellent and we are already talking about bringing our family back for a visit and will come back to this resort. The only problem we had and it only happened once was room service forgot our silverware to eat. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was amazing, warm welcoming as soon as you arrived, everyone speaks English so it’s easy to speak your mind. They have two of the best restaurants in San Juan food was super delicious! We literally went twice to Morton’s steak house and Rustica and Lola’s. Definitely will be staying here again in the near future.

The location and the view

Views were amazing and I always came back to a clean room no matter if I left at 8 in the morning or 12 they would still go in

Our stay was great. The room was clean, the pools were perfect and the hammock garden was an added bonus. Bring your own mask/snorkel or be prepared to pay $20/hour. Bracelets to get into room and elevator make it nice to not keep up with a key. Maria with housekeeping on the 9th floor was absolutely the sweetest!! Free bottled water at front desk. Not advertised you just have to ask.

Las fundas de las sábanas sucias la habitación tenía una vista terrible a unas paredes viejas en un inicio. Los estacionamientos con goteras y cayéndose el concreto. Los alimentos fuera de lo normal de caros. Las chicas de los helados muy malhumoradas. Las chicas de front desk muy amables.

It was decent. Would recommend paying a little more for resort like Hyatt or Wyndham

Room is a little older but the Reno on the hotel was well done.
