Service was horrible. Staff was rude and very unwelcoming. Security came up due to noise complaints over a 2 year old. We were being served dinner in paper plates in dishes that were above $50 cost. Restaurant service staff were very limited having us to wait for service longer than expected. Poolsides were filthy dirty. Worst experience ever

The only thing i can say i liked was the variety of restaurants. Thats it. Everything else was horrible. Waste of money. I stayed at 2 other resorts and this was by far the worst. Royal sonesta is will always be my go to!

Nice hotel

The hotel is ideally situated in a prime city location, offering a private beach and excellent views of the Condado beach area. It provides a tranquil and secure environment. Regarding reservations, please be advised to confirm any additional charges, such as city taxes, property fees, and parking. Depending on your booking method, breakfast may not be included and can be quite costly. Old San Juan is conveniently accessible, with Uber being the recommended transportation option for exploring various restaurants and amenities. Overall, the experience was positive.

Amazing stay!

Staff was very friendly, help out a lot and had great customer service. We had an issues in one of our two rooms. The staff was quick to fixing the issue and when another issue arise they were happy to help and had to put us in other room for the trip. Definitely recommend staying there again and again! They have a great view of the beach and there staff are amazing.

I had a great time except our room was hot and after the second night. I asked for it to be fixed at 9am before we went out for the day but it was We couldn’t take it anymore

Pool dirty and broken stairs

It's an old hotel. Rooms weren't the best but it's close to old town..

Fantastic location and friendly staff. There are two restaurants right outside of the hotel if you're looking for something different. A liquor store and a smokeshop.

Classified as a luxury beach front it wasn't that luxurious. I would say its a average hotel. The building is definitely in need of tlc. The staff was top notch and wonderful.

Overall positive. Continued maintenance of this property is appropriate.

It was great that snorkeling was close by and the ocean access was clean and well maintained.

Allas-alue oli iso ja kiva lapsen kanssa ja hotellilla on oma ranta rantatuoleineen. Hotellihuone oli siisti, hotellilla oli kahvila, kauppoja ja muutama ravintola. Aamupala oli puolestaan kallis. Hotelli oli ihan siisti, mutta hieman kulunut ja kulahtanut paikoitellen. Vierailu oli muuten miellyttävä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotellilla oli myös ohjelmaa ja pieni tropical garden, jossa sai ruokkia kaloja, kilpikonnia ja ankkoja.

Could use some updating but overall, we had a great time. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Be prepared to spend some money if eating at the resort. It’s a little expensive but nice size portions. The bodega and restaurant right outside the resort were lifesavers. It was not overly crowded which was nice and the weather was great. We were able to find secluded chairs along the ocean at night which was really nice. All in all we came back refreshed which is exactly what we needed. Shout out to Walter at the pool bar! He was so nice! We loved interacting with him and it really added to the enjoyment of our trip. Thank you! Parking is expensive and there is an additional daily resort fee, so keep these in mind when planning your trip.
