Beds are small and uncomfortable. Our room the sliding glass door to the balcony did not have a lock. It was broken off. Our original room was over booked so they moved us to another wing which was run down and not as updated. It took a good 10 minutes before we would have hot water in the shower. Some staff was great and some were just not attentive at all.

The hotel was a short, inexpensive ride from old San Juan. The beach area was calm and great for small children but there was a lot of sargassum. We ended up taking a short Uber ride to Isla verde beach which was spectacular. The pool area gets crowded and difficult to find chairs.

Terrible smell from the sea grass washing ashore . They don’t tell you about this . After you spend 4K later and don’t help . Feel free to call me 718-200-8594

Yes I definitely enjoyed the property I'm glad that's the hotel that I picked for the stay the people were knowledgeable it was very clean.one thing is just the parking. we left in and out quite frequently and just the way it was set up to get the permission for the leaving was a bit much

I had such a wonderful stay. From the check-in to the check-out was easy and smooth. The property is beautuful😍I love the wristband key cards (topnotch)! Now, there were a few facility issues, however, it seemed like the crew was right on top of them. What I did not like was Rusticca only allowing carryouts starting at 10. The restaurant is posted as being open until 11. I fully expected to be seated at 10:15, but my option was ro place a togo order.

There was a lot of variety in the food available, but expensive. The location was great, with great views of the water. The pool was very nice (and clean). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Loved the pool and ocean

This is my second time staying at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan, PR. Feel in love the first time and I will continue to come back because of the great hospitality and convenience. You have plenty of choices to eat in the resort along with gift shops. Lots of activities to do every day and great live entertainment music in the evening to enjoy. I highly recommend Caribe Hilton to all my friends and family for a great time full of wonderful memories.
