Caribe Hilton

Despite some hiccups at check-in, we had an overall amazing experience. The private beach, our room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and the fine restaurants all added to our delight! The rooms could use a slight face lift, but I suppose it’s okay given the age of the building!

Responsive staff

There was a nasty festering hole/leak in our hallway. It stunk, dripping all over the carpet and the “fix” was a mat under it… that was rarely changed. Security was obsessed with speakers- stating music was provided. It’s not. The few times it was playing half the ground speakers are broken. Occasionally a bartender brought one and played there own. No pool entertainment. No access to beach at night.

The room was definitely clean and all Caribe employees were very nice and helpful. The pool, beach and amenities were lovely.

Rooms are dated. It was very dusty and minimal cleaned when we got in the room. Called the front desk, they stated they were fully booked and I couldn’t be moved. Literally pleaded with them the next day for a thorough clean. Went to the pool most of my stay and on night 3, my phone disappeared. Checked out early the next day as a result, since I felt like my security issue wasn’t taken promptly or any resolve and or guarantee to help was being place. I am a Hilton honors member and have stayed at many Hilton hotels. The staff at this location, particularly room service, towel stations and pool areas are the most rewarding, everywhere else especially dinning offered poor service.

Staff was very friendly and professional and gave great recommendations. Room was very clean with a amazing view.

Rooms could be dusted and cleaned more thoroughly

The room had a very bad odor as soon as you entered. I had to sleep with the balcony door open to get some air. Everytime we are in the room it makes us feel very sick, ny son was coughing all the time. We had to spend all of our relaxing time in the lobby. I told the front desk about the situation and a staff was sent to deodorizer the room but the odor came back after a few hours. I think that the carpets needs to be changed, there was also that same odor when you stepped off the elevator , as its the carpets that have the odor

Room looked very outdated compared to pictures. Room did not feel clean. Loved the hotels overall but very disappointed in the room. Pool/beach staff were extremely nice and welcoming!

The resort is well kept and the staff is attentive. The pool area is great and I enjoyed the swim up bar. My room was well kept, clean, and standard. I would recommend this resort.

I booked this property because I had some local business and needed a bi-lingual concierge desk. Sonya and her contacts were wonderful and exceeded expectations of helpfulness.

AMAZING! 10/10 staff and ROOM was beautiful with water views and a balcony!

The room didn't have hot water. They said they were going to fix it, but they didn't. Also, the room service food is terrible. I ordered a fruit platter and the fruit was old and mushy. The rest of the food is frozen that they just heat up. It was pretty disgusting.
