Excutive room no longer includes spa access...£8.50 per person per session. Excutive Lounge - clean and spacious however daily snacks are two bowls of nuts, one bowl of crisps, apples and one small container holding a handful of sticky breakfast bars. You can also get coffee, tea, coke, water, lemonade and ginger ale. At 5pm food (lite bites) included one small starter...lentils, noodles or Thai Salad, one soup (which was tasty), bread, cheese, and one main...popcorn chicken one night, shrimp another (dry and not very appetising)and meatballs another night. There was a side cold sauce. Free wine, beer and a selection of spirits but everything is put away by 7pm and the lounge closed by 8pm. Main breakfast room hectic. We had a late morning and went down at 9.45..they started to put things away 10am. Excutive Lounge -Four Seasons for breakfast was nice with bucks fizz and eggs Benedict. It's mainly a business hotel and a bit of a distance from the main town. However good bus, tram or metro system. The Cloud bar is lovely but very pricey. Asked for a glass of tap water, was given bottled water and charged £8 for it. Was told that tap water in Prague is not drinkable...completely untrue. Cocktail was £11. Room was ok...not as luxurious as some of the Excutive rooms we have stayed in elsewhere. Pillows too soft. Could hear the disco last night. Most of the staff were friendly.

Exceptional Luxury Hotel. Cant recommend enough

I have stayed at the Hilton Prague Atrium several times in the past and have generally had good experiences, which is why I continue to choose this property. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was disappointing. The check-in process took over an hour, even though it was not during the typical peak check-in time of around 3:00 PM. The room initially assigned to me also had a strong cigarette smoke odor, resembling an ashtray from excessive smoking. This issue was addressed promptly and I was given another room, which I appreciated. Later that evening around 11:00 PM, I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times to request a dental kit, but no one answered the phone. I was eventually able to reach the desk in the morning, though the request was not resolved. I shared this feedback during check-out. The staff were polite, but the response focused mostly on explanations rather than acknowledging the concerns raised. Given my positive past stays, I hope this feedback can be used to improve the guest experience going forward.

This is a Hilton for conferences. It’s super busy. It’s a great place. Very secure. The staff was great. Has good dining options.

The room was clean, staff were generally polite and helpful. One thing to note was that in my opinion the breakfast did not reflect 5 stars. One day we were even sitted on round tables in the lobby and asked to serve ourselves from a temp buffet that allegedly had all items but didn't. We were eventually allowed to access the main restaurant buffet. Another small complaint: hash browns were stale and one day even not worm. And the juices were from a box rather than freshly squeezed (at least the orange should be). I appreciate the hotel was busy but standards need to be kept at 100%. I speak as a former 5* hotel employee. I know my review sounds negative but in reality breakfast was my only criticism, the rest was lovely. The city was amazing and I would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

The room and quality of the food couldn't be faulted. Service was also impeccable. However, I couldn't give it 5 stars because overall the hotel just feels too big and impersonal. The sheer number of rooms made the check-in experience rather daunting - although the staff did their best to keep the long queue happy with cakes and glasses of fizz. By contrast, the swimming pool and sauna area was surprisingly small and often very crowded. Fine for business, less so for a relaxing city break.

This hotel is beautiful in design. The staff members are prompt and highly attentive. I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling internationally. I highly give them a five star.

The hotel grounds is really nice, as was the room and staff. I don’t normally have negative things to say about a hotel but: 1. The check in process took almost an HOUR - I’ve never seen a line like that before. There were a lot of staff too, and once served it didn’t take long at all, but the queue was massive. 2. Water pressure in shower was weak 3. The minibar wouldn’t open and despite raising it to the front desk, no one was sent to come fix it

Staff do not speak Czech or English(most of them).Breakfast very good.Wellness was disapointing as womens sauna closed and very small swimming pool with screaming kids...lovely hotel but for these reasons will not use again as we specifically pick to use Wellness in Winter time....

Amazing hotel, high standards in terms of cleanliness and lovely staff!

Room was in great condition. Only downside is too much noise in the morning for no reason. There was barely anyone staying on my floor and the other day at 8AM one of the employees was obnoxiously knocking on my door even though I had a do not disturb sign. I was already having trouble falling asleep to adjust to the time and that disturbed me. I was also approached by another employee not sure if he was working for a car company or what but he was lurking around the lobby each day and asked me if I was alone! Totally nerve wrecking.

My sister and I had an amazing time at the Hilton Prague. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful, including the bartenders at the Cloud 9 bar. The hotel was very clean and we had no issues. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Prague.
