From start to finish this hotel is one of the best i have stayed in. Staff, rooms, food, bars, casino, sky bar, breskfast, dinner just amazing. And so reasonably priced. Would definitely return. Thank you to all for a great stay.

Na há placas indicando valor do estacionamento! Me cobraram 5000 cz ou 203 euros por duas diárias de estacionamento! O que é um roubo!!!

A new owner has taken over this hotel and corners are being cut. The room was fine except for the bugs coming out of the bathroom. Javier the ass manager because they no longer have an overall manager was first abusive about us complaining of the bugs. He thought bed bugs but there are a fruit flies in bathroom obviously breeding in ceiling. Javier was not good just wanted to abuse customers but one our complaint was heard about a junior suite we were finally moved to a good suite, however we only ever asked for spray for the bugs and were happy to stay in the room. The kitchen advertises and charges for rib eye steak that are not rib eye steak but charge for a rib eye. The French onion soup is not, it is just a weak version of an onion soup. One cannot advertised French Onion Soup unless it is a French onion soup: The gym is amazing and staff very friendly. The beautician has a man doing facials and it is NOT as good as a female. Left feeling very disappointed.The bar was also amazing and the food as advertised. Well done . Marko, another ass manager is brilliant and if any problems contact him.The executive lounge nothing to write him about, most days we just skipped it as there are no rules about children running around and going crazy. The food is not good and not worth the effort. The alcohol is cheap so you get what you paid for in there. Overall, an ok hotel that is huge and having difficulties with the size of the facility. The check in wait with 300, shambles.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt super, besonders die Sauberkeit der Zimmer hat überzeugt. Dennoch gibt es Punkte, bei denen noch deutlich nachgebessert werden muss: Frühstück: Die Auswahl ist vielfältig und qualitativ hervorragend. Leider war der Service beim Frühstück sehr belastend. Das Personal hat einem die Teller förmlich aus der Hand gerissen, obwohl noch Essen darauf war. Man konnte das Frühstück kaum genießen, was ich als sehr störend empfand. Zimmerausstattung: Für den Standard des Hauses haben wir kleine Details vermisst. So fehlten beispielsweise Hausschuhe und Hygieneartikel wie Ohrstäbchen im Badezimmer. Rezeption: Das Personal war freundlich, jedoch gab es Sprachbarrieren. Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn durch kleine Flaggen-Symbole am Namensschild kenntlich gemacht würde, wer welche Sprache spricht, um die Kommunikation zu erleichtern. Fazit: Ein schönes Haus mit viel Potenzial, wenn der Service etwas entspannter und die Ausstattung kompletter wird.

Çok temizdi, ısıtma çok iyiydi. Otel avlusu ve manzarası çok güzeldi. Restaurant ve yemekler harikaydı.

Everything is good breakfast buffer nicely but they not refilled shampoo on 1st day and again showers gel on 2nd day it should be regular check and refill if it's less not let them run out.

The facilities were very well maintained and clean, had no issues at all with our stay here. It’s a huge hotel with a lot to offer, well located with good transport options. In particular Mariah from the check in desk gave exceptional customer service. She was very attentive to all of our needs, answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations on what to visit .
