Nice hotel, close to public transit. One staff member at reception was quite unfriendly.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast and superb gym.

Located far from town you have to walk through several major streets to get to places of interest. Poor staff attitude. Receptionist gave us wrong room number and when I went back, instead of apology, she says “just talk to my colleague.” Bistro service slow and attitude poor too. Toilet has got to be the worst design I’ve ever seen. Access constrained by a sink and an in-swing door with a handle that catches your cloth as you walk in. You cannot get in if you’re big (no more than 2 ft clearance by my estimation). Toilet paper constantly falling off the holder….

Excellent location. Near the train station, McDonald’s and a 10 -15 minute walk to the city square and some shopping malls. It was busy at the hotel due to a McDonald’s convention and McDonald’s people staying there. The staff were invaluable and nice. I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room. I like my room to be cold, which helps me have a good night's sleep, but for some reason, the air conditioner would not go cold even when I had the temperature set to 17 °C. It looked like it was set to only air and we had no control.

I’m a Hilton Honors member and was looking forward to a comfortable stay, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room itself didn’t feel quite up to standard — it lacked the welcoming and polished atmosphere I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties. Additionally, one of the biggest frustrations was being interrupted in the mornings while trying to sleep in. Despite having no reason for early disturbance, staff entered or knocked on my door, which made it difficult to rest and enjoy my stay. As a loyal guest, I expected a higher level of attentiveness to comfort and privacy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the potential for a much better experience was there, but these issues left me dissatisfied.

Hotel is very good, enjoyed the breakfast . Facilities like swimming and sauna rooms are clean and comfortable.

Location is quiet and peaceful.

Check in was slow, they mixed up our booking with anouther guest, had to ask for a cot to be removed from the room, second key card didn’t work so got stuck in the lobby. If you get rooms ending 50 you are really far from the elevator. Pool towels are teeny, it’s very deep and cold with the doors open to outside, ladies sauna is lovely, you can ask for goggles and floaties at the desk. The lifeguard kindly brought me a larger towel to modestly use the spa. Breakfast was standard, bit weird sitting in the lobby (family section). Priced out of using the hotel bars and restaurants but there is some good restaurants nearby and a supermarket over the car park for an affordable bottle of wine. Beds were super comfy and nice having a separate toilet to shower. Cloud bar is a nice novelty. Staff were lovely (Alexandra on reception very friendly, gave lots of info on the hotel and made sure everything was good for us)(David at breakfast made sure our family had everything and sincerely wished us a nice day - we left with a smile). Okay for a night, ready to move onto our Airbnb with lots more space and local pricing. Oh and if you want hot water for tea it’s in the metal jug not from the coffee machine.

Huge hotel

We showed up 3 hours prior to checkin and were advised our room was ready, however a $90 USD early check in charge would be needed. We stayed at the Hilton Old Town in Prague and they did not ask for a fee for the same service. The front desk did let us drop and store our bags until checkin though.

Great stay overall , but I want to acknowledge most the concierge who was able to arrange an awesome trip for me in less than 30 minutes, with private pickup at multiple locations and really helped me maximize my short visit.

The only thing I did not like was the elevators
