工作人員都很親切，當我們需要額外的被子和毛巾時很快就送來。早餐豐盛好吃。

Everything is good. Beside 15mins walk distance to old town plaza.

飯店住起來整體很舒適，步行到老城區也不遠，附近很多餐廳，若是開車來這裡停車也很方便

Hotellets standard är lågt. Att hotellet har 5 stjärnor är långt ifrån verkligheten. 3 stjärnor är rimligt. Gammalt, slitet med tråkiga rum. Inga extra toalettsaker i badrummet. Låg standard.

Hotel impeccabile

Hôtel propre et plutôt bien situé (15min à pied du centre, et à 2min du métro). Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Salle de sport (ultra bien équipée!), piscine et spa inclus dans le prix de la chambre (massages en supplément évidemment). Je recommande fortement pour un séjour à Prague !

Das Zimmer war in einem sehr guten Zustand, aber das Personal ziemlich unfreundlich.

Les aménagements intérieurs étaient parfaits, nourriture d'excellente qualité, personnel aimable et compétent. Le seul bémol est que l'hotel est un peu éloigné du centre-ville.

Nice resort style property. We went to the casino and the bar. We wanted to stay longer but no more rooms were available. I would go back for sure

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast and superb gym.

Located far from town you have to walk through several major streets to get to places of interest. Poor staff attitude. Receptionist gave us wrong room number and when I went back, instead of apology, she says “just talk to my colleague.” Bistro service slow and attitude poor too. Toilet has got to be the worst design I’ve ever seen. Access constrained by a sink and an in-swing door with a handle that catches your cloth as you walk in. You cannot get in if you’re big (no more than 2 ft clearance by my estimation). Toilet paper constantly falling off the holder….

Excellent location. Near the train station, McDonald’s and a 10 -15 minute walk to the city square and some shopping malls. It was busy at the hotel due to a McDonald’s convention and McDonald’s people staying there. The staff were invaluable and nice. I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room. I like my room to be cold, which helps me have a good night's sleep, but for some reason, the air conditioner would not go cold even when I had the temperature set to 17 °C. It looked like it was set to only air and we had no control.
