My sister and I had an amazing time at the Hilton Prague. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful, including the bartenders at the Cloud 9 bar. The hotel was very clean and we had no issues. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Prague.

Staff do not speak Czech or English(most of them).Breakfast very good.Wellness was disapointing as womens sauna closed and very small swimming pool with screaming kids...lovely hotel but for these reasons will not use again as we specifically pick to use Wellness in Winter time....

Room was in great condition. Only downside is too much noise in the morning for no reason. There was barely anyone staying on my floor and the other day at 8AM one of the employees was obnoxiously knocking on my door even though I had a do not disturb sign. I was already having trouble falling asleep to adjust to the time and that disturbed me. I was also approached by another employee not sure if he was working for a car company or what but he was lurking around the lobby each day and asked me if I was alone! Totally nerve wrecking.

Har aldrig oplevet noget så ringe..
Manglede seriøst håndklæder, toiletpapir og vand efter hvert “roomservice”.
Vi skulle seriøst ringe efter det hver dag i 6 dage!!
Morgenmaden var proppet med mennesker, det hele var bare så dårligt pånær nytårsaften som man jo havde betalt ekstra udover sit ophold
