We had a good overall experience at the Hard Rock House which was nicely furnished. The bar area is nice for hanging out. The rooftop bar did not have the vibe we had anticipated, but this could because it was so hot in Madrid. We had breakfast one of the mornings and it was okay, but their lunch and dinner me was really good. This hotel is a about a 20 minute walk to the Prado. Wished there were more restaurant options around the hotel, but a walk, cab or train ride was an easy fix. The hotel is also very near the Atoche train station which was nice.

Only stayed one night but everything was perfect. Walking distance to many museums and transport hubs. Breakfast was really nice too. As far as Hard Rock Hotels go, it's small and from the outside it just looks like part of the neighbourhood but inside is great and it has all the things you expect at Hard Rock.

Awful service! I stayed for more than 10 days and I couldn’t sleep because even if you had the do not disturb they would open the door and call. I complained the second day but nobody cared. I asked to talk to the manager and he/she never called me. They gave me a little mint box to make up for everything! Not a call or someone that cared! Awful service awful!

We had a fantastic stay at the hard rock Hotel in Madrid. I highly recommend it. We were two parents and two children ages five and eight. The staff was super helpful, the pool was lovely, the room was spacious, comfortable beds. We loved the pillows. It had a lovely soaking tub and a very large shower. The hotel exceeded our expectations.

Great hotel lovely staff, we did have an issue with our toilet where the flash stopped working and they were quite slow to get it fixed. Also we had a lobby room which is loud we didn’t mind however if your a light sleeper it would be good for to your request a different room.
The breakfast although nice was underwhelming food was very fresh but quite limited options

One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in. Clean, AC worked incredibly well, and had fantastic amenities. Great rooftop bar and located next to various sources of public transportation. I’d definitely stay here again!
