Hard Rock Madrid was located near many cafes and sights. Room were average size and staff was excellent! Food selection was limited, but breakfast had plenty to choose from. Our room by the street was noisy at times, but not too bad at night. Staff were great!

We came to Madrid for a milestone birthday. We had isueswith room. No upgrade. The staff tried to sell upgrade to suite for $400 per night. If I booked with Expedia it would have been $100 extra per night. The staff try to do what they can, they were pleasant. I had no issues with staff. The room is configured wierd, the sink is in the room and not close to the bathroom. You have to walk across the room to wash your hands. The walls are so thin I can hear loud snoring in the next door room. We asked to be moved, I did not have sleep at all. They did move us to a higher floor which was better. The hotel was okay,after our experience at Hard Rock Maldives I wanted to frequent Hard Rock. I was disappointed with this hotel. There are good things. The size of the room is good. It was clean. They gave me a cake on my birthday. The staff were helpful, we asked for robes and slippers and they did provide. I was disappointed with room service. My husband called intermittently for 30 min and no answer. He called front desk they stated theywill call back, no call back. 15 min later my husband calls them back, after 5 minutes room service calls back, apologizes states that the music was so loud they did not hear the phone. The food was not good. The breakfast was good. You can order omelettes etc made to order. The location is very close to train station. Uber is available. Walking distance to Reina Sofia and Prado. I want to thank the staff that helped us move rooms.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and polite. They really made a difference to our stay. The hotel was nice and was kept very clean. This hotel would be great for lively couples or friends. Our disappointment was the noise level throughout the hotel. It was impossible to get any peace at all, including in our room. Since discovering it was an autism friendly hotel, we had high hopes. On arrival our son recieved an autism friendly gift bag, which was so kind and thoughtful. This really made such a difference to us, and it was highly appreciated. We requested a quiet room ahead of time and expressed our concerns regarding noise because we have an autistic son. At no point did the hotel inform us that this hotel would not be suitable. The way the hotel is set up, there is no way to escape the noise throughout this hotel. My son was upset and crying until the music stopped at 11pm every night. We were told that we have the quietest room in the hotel. I don't suffer from noise sensitivity myself, but I also struggled with the noise and found this frustrating. Its not a bad hotel, it just wasn't suitable for us. I just wished that the staff members could have informed us beforehand when I expressed concerns.

We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect, super central for where we needed to be. It’s right across from a museum, with so many delicious restaurants just steps away. The staff was kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean and spacious. And it was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. They also provided complimentary water every day and even gave us a plug adapter when I realized I forgot mine, seriously a lifesaver lol. Another huge plus was finding a room with a king bed, which surprisingly wasn’t easy during our trip. Overall, such a comfortable and convenient stay. Would absolutely stay here again!
