Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from train station and close to tourist sites in Madrid. The decor is very modern, great shower and liked having the sink unit in the bedroom. There are rooms that over looked the street which is what I had and sound proofing was great. Would def recommend. Was there when Spain had its big electricity blackout and the staff were so helpful, made us feel safe and looked after us, took us to the rooms by torch and was able to charge drinks and food to room. Had a great experience. First stay at a Hard Rock hotel and would stay in one again.

Every staff member was extremely accommodating and professional. I was surprised when I was out for the day and I received a text that they respected my do not disturb sign and I could make arrangements for service later. I actually left it on by mistake.

Friendly, very helpful…. Room was nice, shower huge. Complimentary coffee machine. Bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding Could get noisy if you’re facing the lobby.

We were treated like rock stars from day one by Destiny allowing us in our room earlier. Then Jimena treated us so good spoiling our food requests daily. Last but not least Ana Guerra went above and beyond to get us our fave coffee. Even security Jesus was friendly and cooperative. Let's not forget Sabrina who fixed a mishap caused by our rush to check in. Kudos HR Team!
