That was my first time in Surabaya and thank you for making my stay memorable. All the service and facilities were amazing! Especially for the food, we ordered from room service twice, and the taste was superb. We also tried the food at my best friend's wedding ceremony, and it was wonderful. Kudos for all of you guys!

Hotel dengan modern look. Bersih area publik dan kamarnya. Kebersihan dan peralatan yg di kamar berfungsi sangat baik. AC sangat dingin dan bagus. Smart TV yg bagus. Staff yg ramah terutama receptionis yg handle saya saat check in dan security yg sangat membantu mengarahkan jalan menuju lobby saat saya datang. Sarapan dgn pilihan makanan yg cukup dan resto nya cukup luas dan tidak terlalu sesak dgn tamu saat sarapan. Staff kitchen yg ramah saat saya minta tolong membuatkan telur goreng. Mungkin hanya sedikit saran untuk wifi di kamar sering nyambung putus karena sinyal provider di kamar jg cukup susah. Jadi saya hanya mengandalkan wifi. Overall keren 👍👍

Ordering food was easy, with plenty of nearby restaurant options. While there was no hairdryer or iron in the room, you can request them, and the staff will bring them promptly. I've been late to check in and they gave me a free upgrade to apartment type room which is much better than the room I've booked. Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

Best Western Papilio Hotel
Having a staycation with my best friend. We also brought our kids. The hotel is family and kids friendly. The staffs are kindly and helpful. The ambiance is comfortable. The room is clean, either. We also tried to have breakfast. The food was also tasty, and I preferred the local food. Kids enjoyed the food, especially the sweets. There is also an indoor playground for the kids. We really enjoyed staying in Best Western Papilio Hotel. Thank you for the great service.

The hotel is great for a short escape. The location is very strategic, the room is wide and clean, the service is excellent! They gave me a non-smoking room as I requested and I am so grateful for that. And what great next is that they gave guests a reusable and refilled water bottle and glasses so that no plastic wasted. Go Green!
