This hotel is really good for its price! The location is really good, the LRT station is only 3 minutes away by walking and it's close to most of the tourist attractions. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Absolutely excellent!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Conveniently located near the city centre and Pavilion KL, it offers easy access to nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks to Manoj, Hafiz, and Baljeet for their warm welcome, and to the reservation team for their excellent support. We stayed 2 nights at The Face Style. If there were 10 stars, we'd give them 10 stars, from reception, cleanliness, rooms, pool, view, to the guy who helped us with our luggage 🧳. The location is super perfect, near everything. Don't listen to the bad reviews because we were confused before booking, but when we arrived and saw the perfection, bravo, The Face Style, keep it up, you are the best.

The location is strategic and close to KLCC, within walking distance. The facilities are incredibly complete, especially the swimming pool with views of the Twin Towers and KL Tower. I felt so comfortable staying here, it seems like I would feel at home even if I stayed here for a month 😁 The M Suites admin was also very responsive and the room was upgraded one level above. It's a very amazing experience to stay in here. Hopefully next time I can bring my extended family to stay and vacation here too

Best stay in Kuala Lumpur. Next to Suria KLCC where you can find all you need. Also, KLCC Park just down below. You can jog and relax there. Gym is great. Swimming pool just okay with a nice ambiance. All staff are friendly and very helpful. Good and fast service. All here are in perfection. I love my choice for Mandarin Oriental KLCC.

Totally 5 star service. We arrived in the middle of the night and the team arranged late self check in for us free of charge. The instructions as to how to check in were comprehensive and easy to follow—even a little video showing it all! The room was beautifully clean and super comfortable. Amazing hot shower, comfy bed and pillows. Lovely staff including the security staff. Gorgeous pool and gym, and right across the road from Gleneagles Hospital. I would happily stay here again.
