Recommendedfor staycation! Room and meal are good.

Stayed in harris unique room type with my Mom. She was impressed by the room view. Definitely will coming back for sure. Room 4612 is pretty spacious and offer a dazzling view to GBK and SCBD area.

I stay on room 111. So far for one night stay, quite good. But I'm annoyed with the toilet flush, it's broken and the water keep running. TV remote is not working also. Battery issue, and since I only stay for one night, I didn't ask for battery replacement. They have rules, every guest need to deposit in cash IDR 150.000 (no receipt, fyi.), will be given back after check out. A bit issue to me due to I don't bring enough cash at the moment and it's late (I've check in around 9pm) to look for atm.

Good location since it 's near GBK and 2 big malls. The room is quite spacious with enough amenities.

The staff very helpful and so comfort air conditioner just nice very cold.

Excellent staff and services! Will stay here again next time for a longer night!

Everything is comfortable, the food is amazing. Room is spacious and the staffs are helpful and all of them are very professional looking!
